We offer all of our meats by the pound, for your convenience, pricing below is for take out only. As a general rule, each pound of meat serves 4 adults.

• Texas Sliced Brisket

  $32.99 per pound

  Truly the finest cut from the flat of the brisket, virtually no fat, just fork tender beef, hand trimmed daily. (24 hour notice for guarantee)

• Chopped Brisket

  $21.99 per pound

  The point cut of the brisket mixed with our homemade Lost Texan BBQ sauce, served as a sandwich or by itself.

• Pulled Pork

  $21.99 per pound

  Our original recipe, pork smoked then slow cooked until easily pulled apart. Perfect as a sandwich or on a plate.

• Shredded Chicken

  $21.99 per pound

  Fresh Chicken Breast, smoked then cooked until tender, shredded and served on a sandwich or a plate.

• Pork Ribs

  Pork spare ribs, dry rubbed and smoked, then cooked to tender perfection.

• Quarter Chicken

  $4.00 each

  Chicken leg and thigh, smoked and slow cooked, juicy and delicious.

• Fresh Smoked Sausage

  $15.99 per pound
  (approximately 3 full links)

  Choice of Polska Kielbasa (Mild) or Jalepeno and Cheddar, these sausages are made fresh locally, infused with Applewood smoke and served on a sandwich or a plate.

Our homemade desserts include Texas Sheet Cake, Apple Pie, Cornbread, Pecan Pie. Pricing varies and desserts are made to order, so please call for more information.

Sauces

• Lost Texan Original BBQ Sauce

  (We recommend for Beef Brisket)
  Tomato base, sweetened with molasses, most like bottled BBQ sauce (only way better). Also available in Spicy.

• Lost Texan Carolina BBQ Sauce

  (We recommend for Pork and Chicken)
  Vinegar base with tomato, mustard and sweetened with brown sugar. Also available in spicy.
